Villages of Dorchester uses FirstService Residential as our property management company. FirstService Residential 24/7 by calling toll-free – 1.800.870.0010 where you can reach a live person to answer your call and help you solve any issues. FirstService Residential’s customer care operators can help with a range of issues such as

  • answering billing and accounting questions
  • helping with login problems to their website: northeast.fsrconnect.com/VillagesofDorchester
  • updating contact information such as changes in address or phone numbers
  • providing access to documents such as Architectural Change Forms and rules and bylaws

In addition, all residents of VOD have password-protected access to northeast.fsrconnect.com/VillagesofDorchester , which is FirstService Residential’s secure resident website where you can pay any dues and fees online, view your account information, download documents, etc.
