COMMUNITY INFORMATION

  • Annual Assessments & HOA Dues • Annual coupon books for payment of HOA dues and Water/Sewer/Front Foot Benefits are mailed to home owners in December. Payments can also be made online by visiting www.villagesofdorchester.org and clicking on the RESOURCES tab, or calling 800-870-0010 for more info.
  • Trash/Recycling/Yard Waste
    • Trash, recycling and yard waste are all collected on Fridays. Cans should be set by the curb by 6am, but not earlier than 6pm the evening prior.
    • Yard waste should be bundled, bagged or put into containers and marked with an “X” • Recycling bins may be obtained by visiting the county’s Central Recycling Center – 389 Burns Crossing Road; Severn, MD 21144, Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm.
  • Pool • The community pool is open daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day for residents, tenants and their guests.
  • HOA Board • Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month in the community center building. All are welcome to attend!
